HT Appraisal, Inc. is a real estate appraisal company established in 1987 in a partnership and incorporated in California in 1992. Most of the assignments we have undertaken are in the nine San Francisco Bay Area Counties, but we have appraised properties from border to border of the State of California that included the high sierra mountains, the high mountain desert, Central Valleys, and the Coastal ranges.
